My family and I stayed in Mount Pleasant during our Charleston vacation so we drove on the Authur Ravenel Jr. Bridge several times throughout our trip. We also boated under it during our harbor boat tour. This bridge is a little over ten years old...More

We crossed this bridge several times in our recent visit. We drove it and also traversed by Uber. We traveled in the morning and evening. At all times, traffic flowed smoothly. Signage was adequate and clear. We appreciated the unique design but for us the...More

It is a nice looking bridge connecting South Carolina with Georgia. It was easy to drive on. I would not go out of my way to see or use it though.

An amazing approach to Charleston, and really quite cool to drive over. We also had the opportunity to sail below it, which was also very neat!

This fine bridge is quite amazing to see as well as drive over. A wonderful job of engineering and design. The look of it changes as you follow the lines of the bridge driving over it. I marvel at the construction of such a bridge

We rode bicycles from the waterfront park at Patriot's Point to the Yorktown. The park is beautiful and has restrooms and a pier.

This bridge is nice to view and to run over, great views of the river and Charleston. It reminds me a lot of the Zakim bridge in Boston.

We parked on the Mount Pleasant side. It is only about a mile and a half roundtrip walk from the parking lot to the first tower. Total end to end roundtrip is about 6 miles. At 185 feet above the Cooper River, it provides a...More

The bicycle and pedestrian lane is 2.7 miles long, measuring from Patriots Point Road to East Bay Street. Measuring only the part that is on the bridge structure, the walkway is 2.4 miles long.
