We stayed here for two nights and loved it. Nice walking and hiking trails, quiet campground (we stayed weekdays), close to downtown Greenville for entertainment and a fair price. We will be back.

I love the fact that this state park is in the middle of the city and so close to the downtown. I've visited twice for a short time and found it to be lovely. I noticed that they have several lakes and a swimming area...More

Hiked the Sulphur Springs Trail with family ranging in age from early 40s to 1yr old in a backpack kid carrier. The trail is well maintained and perfect length. Parking is right at the trailhead and it's obvious that the community values this state park....More

I fancied a walk in the woods while visiting Greenville, and a local recommended Paris Mountain. It was a quick drive from town, with well-maintained and well-marked trails winding through the woods. A wonderful way to spend time in nature in the Greenville area.

This is a great place to get away. Offers several nice trails ranging in length from 1-5 miles. It is also a great place for picnicking, road and mountain biking.

Your should contact the park office and ask a ranger for recommendations as far as I know there are only hiking and mountain bike trains available.
