Arrived before dinner on a September afternoon; walked for 20 minutes with my two walking sticks and my sweetie, taking photos of ourselves and the Canada Geese in the Reedy River by the falls. Perfect little stroll!.

These falls offer a unique opportunity to experience a river and waterfall in a downtown setting. There are well constructed, shaded, paved paths along the river. The river is not deep and there are plenty of rocks and flat land for children of all ages...More

This scenic park with it's falls, quiet paths, beautiful pedestrian bridge, historic sites and neat restaurant is certainly one of the highlights this lively tree lined downtown. Greenville city officials and businesses should be congratulated for creating such a peaceful yet dynamic environment.
