I took my grandchildren to the open house. There was a lot to do and they were fascinated. The volunteers were very nice. The butterfly enclosure was enchanting.

Stopped here while riding bikes. Loved the butterfly enclosure and live animals in the children's room. Interesting art on display and fascinating history to learn about. It's not very big, but a nice stop along the way, especially since it's free.

Most of the site is outdoors. The main museum is indoors but several of the exhibits are outdoors.

We did a 6:30 kayak tour and we did see a couple of dolphins. You might have better luck on the cruise. I still throughly enjoyed they experience we had.
