As the first course built on Hilton Head Island, the Ocean Course at The Sea Pines Resort embraces the true coastal golf experience. Exquisitely redesigned in 1995 by Mark McCumber, this breathtaking golf course boasts one of only two oceanfront holes on Hilton Head Island and poses delightful challenges to novices and veterans.

Course was very nice...not much "views" of the ocean but course was in very good shape. Not cheap to play so be ready to spend some money for tee times, especially if you're not staying in Sea Pines.

Beautiful layout, good condition. Cater to tourists but offers a 4 hr. round to play, which is not bad, given the traffic.

A definite upgrade from old Ocean course. Tees, fairways and greens all in great condition. Pace of play good which helps make the whole experience worthwhile.

Had a greatly anticipated day at Atlantic Dunes but were totally underwhelmed. We played courses at half the price that were twice as good. They had a dress policy (no shorts/skirts more than 4 inches above the knee)...really? Ever heard about courses that permit walking...More

If you come to HHI for golf and have ever played the old Ocean Course at Sea Pines, it has been completely made over and is now Atlantic Dunes. Do yourself a favor and play this course......one of the best.

Recent upgrade of course with pleasant staff in club house and pro shop. It is challenging but on my bucket lists for a return game.

I never played the previous course, but great layout, great club house, outstanding service! Very challenging track, with a lot of holes required to be in the right place on the fairway to reach the green! Unfortunately, a little beat up because of hurricane Matthew...More
