Very well kept and nice. Boardwalks are nice and there are great views of Shem Creek and wildlife. There is some litter in the marshlands, unfortunately, but probably not very easy to clean out.

Great place to go for a walk on the creek. Shrimp boats galore & bars available if you want them. Family friendly to let kids get rid of some of that energy! Beautiful location!!!

My first trip to SC. It was a nice evening stroll for a lovely water view. People were friendly and it was nice to see. Glad I stopped and grabbed a drink at Muddy's.

There might be places to crab in the Charleston area but not right on Shem Creek near the hotel. The best source for that information would be South Carolina Department of Natural Resources.
