The property is well-maintained with ample parking, and the museum has nice displays to educate you about Pinckney, who signed the U.S. Constitution and served as a governor, Senator and Congressman.

Learned much about an important historical figure in our nation's history. The rangers were professional and knowledgeable. The historic home, not Charles Pinckney's, is well maintained.

Nice garden at best. Very little left to see. The rebuilt house has 3 rooms dedicated to Pickneys in South Carolina during tge Revolution. Outside, a very short walk leads to remains of slaves barracks
