I must say this is the first time I haven't felt the southern hospitality. The gentleman who sold coffee, briskly said he had none for me..ran out early. They seemed to be out of any good we requested. It was quite a small venue. We did by some good "She Crab Soup." Went to pay and was surprised that it... More

I love a good farmers market and this one is excellent. Lots of local produce including fresh strawberries in mid-March, cheery daffodils, truffle cheese. Vendors with delicious-looking Southern food including she-crab soup, pulled pork sandwiches, kettle corn. Also with home made goodies, local plants, and even--one of my favs--a conservation group with owls. Friendly merchants in a very pretty park... More

Heard about PR Farmers' Market from a Lady's Island man who said "you should go." Lots of produce. Picked up some pierogi's that were great. Had a chat with a lady from Colleton County who rescues raptors and introduced us to her female "falcon". Picnic tables nearby. Right in front of Naval Hospital on Ribault Road.

Lots of organic farmers. My favorites are the cheese and homemade pastas. Many unique vegies available.

I am a traveling Ob/Gyn (drcathylbagleydotcom)who is admittedly biased! I regularly self prescribe an injection of Port Royal's farmer's market upon returning home from assignments finding it rejuvenative, enlightening, entertaining and oh, so welcoming! The only thing hard about visiting the market is leaving! It's hours are brief ending by 12:30pm. I find myself always wanting/needing more time. The farmers... More

This Farmers Market is every Saturday from 9- 12. The produce is fresh and beautiful. Everything is here. Fresh bread, cheese, pasta, knife sharpening, plants. All the vendors are very nice. Prices are generally good. Near the Y and the rookery also. Short distance from Beaufort and port royal.

We went with out 4 month old and our 10 year old. Everyone had fun! Our 10 year old brought his skateboard and skated at the awesome covered skatepark 'right next door.' There was amazing local food, and music. All sorts of things to see. A must visit.

This is a nice little farmer's market with several vendors that have become favorites. Just wish they would have more organic produce available. Don't know if that's just this area of the country or the organizers haven't searched out those vendors. Having come from the Bloomington, Indiana area where the farmer's market is top notch with many organic choices, this... More

This started out as a few tables several years ago and has grown substantially. They have a little of everything. Plants, fresh veggies from local farmers, fresh pasta, bar-b-que, cookies, breads, local honey, fresh shrimp. I could go on, there is so much more. Usually pretty crowded, but everyone is friendly and the crowds move pretty steadily. Only reason I... More
