We took out-of-town guests on the tour and they left the boat raving about how interesting it was. The Jocassee Valley is a national treasure.

We took the four hour tour on Mother's Day. The weather was great. We learned a lot about the area, including many types of plants unique to the area. We also saw waterfalls at a few spots.

From the start, this tour was very well-organized and went off without incident. There were ten of us and Kay managed to get us a boat to ourselves. The Lake is very beautiful and the falls, flora and fauna were all very interesting. Rick, our...More

Too much to write about so you can see the videos of the trip on my YouTube page. I've been going to the former JOCASSEE VALLEY since the mid 80's. Kay worked very hard to put on our tour that featured Patrick McMillan and Claudia...More

Nestled in the absolutely beautiful western SC mountains is Lake Jocassee, part of Devils Lake State Park. A long ways from nowhere, but worth the scenic drive. The Lake tours are filled with information about the history of the lake, geology, flora and fauna of...More
