I came to Synergy with no expectations because I could get a pedicure appointment while on vacation. My experience there was nothing short of exceptional! Susie gave me the best pedicure of my life paying extreme attention to detail and my individual needs. She took her time working on areas that really needed it. The results are beautiful! The Staff was kind and professional also and very aware of taking the important COVID precautions to keep their clients safe. Susie is the BEST for pedicures. Enjoy the serenity of the water view at the Marina - watch for dolphins coming in close and have a perfect pedicure with massage therapy for your legs and feet. The BEST!

I absolutely loved my visit to Synergy. They are located with a waterfront view, so relaxing while getting my mani/pedi. The massage therapist are excellent. If you're into Reike, see Mina. They have a wide range of CBD products which I found to be high quality. Hands down the best spa experience in the area. Call in advance to book your services, they book up fast which speaks to the level of service one receives here. I highly recommend and will be back.…

I went here for a massage and was given a top-notch treatment. The massage therapist was a wonderful lady, who did a fabulous job, and wanted to accommodate my needs. This was so appreciated! The location is nice, the spa was very clean and neat, and you get lots of positive attention while you're there. I will be going back on our next trip! The massage helped me to travel home with a lot less pain and I can't thank them enough for that!…

We visited Synergy for swedish massages this week while staying at Kiawah and were pleasantly surprised. 4 members of our family each got massages and everyone raved about how great they were! If you're looking for an option that is more "affordable" than the Sanctuary, definitely visit Synergy. They do not have spa amenities, but the massage itself is well worth it. I hope to be able to get pedicures next time...their pedicure chairs overlook the water!…
