Always on the prowl for art glass, I saw the sign for the center on the highway early on a Saturday morning on my way for Florida. It was good timing because they opened at 9:00 and it was around 8:40 when I got to...More

We visit here on 5/1/17. Not knowing the area we called for directions and the center stayed on the phone with us all the way to their driveway. Total Southern Hospitality of the best kind. I was wonderfully surprised and thoroughly enjoy all the items...More

Stop here first when shopping in Walterboro. Many local Artisans wares were on display for sale. Also a good place to find out about Walterboro.

Kind of a strange location to have this art center but if you are passing through, stop in and check it out. Everything from sculpture to painting to pottery to weaving and more is here and all made by local artists.

Painting, ceramics, quilts, woodworking, Sculture, and more, this Artisan Center has it all. All high-quality and thoughtfully displayed. Don't forget to look up when you enter to see the canoe hanging from the ceiling. It alone is worth the trip

There is a huge amount of SC art, both two and three dimensional in this old house. Definitely worth a visit.

By all means pop in here if you have time to kill but in my opinion the place's name is misleading. It's more "Kiss Me Quick Seaside Souvenir" than a venue to showcase the creative talent and local culture. Too many quirky pottery mugs and...More
