A great bar but not where Wild Bill was shot. To quoter from a little internet research: "Today, the bar called Old Style Saloon #10 is neither the original saloon where Hickok was done in, nor the original location. According to Judge Kuykendall, a performer in the Jack McCall show, the real Death Chair isn't even on display -- just... More

One of the many sites we visited while in Deadwood. Filled with lots of history and looks amazingly authentic. We paid extra to see where Hickok was shot (it was minimal) and it was worth it.

Saloon #10 is where Wild Bill Hickok was shot and killed. The day we visited Deadwood was extremely wet and rainy. There were storms all around us but we did take time to walk into the saloon. It is like taking a step back in time. We had just missed the re-enactment and we didn't have time to stay for... More

Upstairs of the #10 is in my opinion the best food in Deadwood ! The Keehn family are deadwood natives and you can tell ,some of the workers have worked there for years .

Met up with a great posse of travelers when we stopped in. Had a great time! How can you possibly go to Deadwood and NOT see the place where James Butler Hickok met his end at the hand of the murderous Jack McCall. Aces and eights everybody!

We were here on a Friday and Saturday night and had a blast. The bartender Ted was great! They had a live band and everybody was dancing and having a good time!!

Remake of an old original bar that looks like the place Wild Bill was shot. But have to pay extra to see the exact setup downstairs.

Stopped in for a drink with a group of friends. Didn't intend on staying here quite as long as we did. But the band was good and pretty soon several of our group was dancing. Service here is ok, better than what we experienced here a few years ago.
