Dan gave us an absolutely incredible tour of the Mount Rushmore area. This was a full day starting with a Chuckwagon breakfast. Breakfast was so so and they could have been a little friendlier there. At that point we were needlessly wondering what we were...More

we stayed at the Residence inn in Rapid City, so we drove to the starting point. Free parking there and a cutsey old west village plus a building dedicated to the making of the film dancing with wolves
