Family did the Ruby Falls tour and Christmas underground. Falls was beautiful and kids had fun seeing Santa underground. Definitely recommend, but be prepared to walk a lot while carrying little ones if you bring them.

Got there around 200 on a Saturday to be greeted with a pretty long line to get in. Took about 45 mins or so to get inside the building and then another 15 to enter the elevator to go down. I feel like they could...More

We were not expecting to experience such a jaw dropping natural formation and well preserved cave. The team of guides were obviously overly well informed and humorous therefore making the adventure even more spectacular . Above all it is safe and suitable for all ages...More

One of the more popular attractions near Chattanooga, Ruby Falls is less than 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga! It's a 145-foot high underground waterfall located within Lookout Mountain and full of kitsch. The waterfall property is privately owned, and the only way to get to...More

The cave itself wasn't anything special. There were some nice formations nothing awe inspiring in the cave. But the waterfall was amazing and made it worth it. It was a nice easy walk through the cave. The walkways are fairly narrow in places and there...More

It was definitely worth the trip. The cavern is a steady 60 degrees. Colton our tour guide was funny and informative. The waterfall is quite a site to see and nice photo opportunity.

One thing to remember is it's called Ruby Falls not Ruby Caves. The cave is not one of the best your going to see but the fall inside the cave is spectacular and worth a visit. We went just before closing and were the only...More

There were 2 three year olds (including my own) on my tour. We carried her the entire way and my child and the other one were fine. No strollers though.
