This attraction was a walk through under the mountain and you get to see lots of different looking rock formation and huge water fall in the mountain. Family liked it, but if you are closterfobic and don't like small places than skip this arttraction.

We went here and this was amazing. The views are amazing. We did the package which included Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Incline. Our tour guide was amazing. Great tourist attraction.

I enjoyed the destination, meaning that the wak to the falls was not really exciting for us. We felt pretty "herded" around. It got crowded on the trail because there are so many visitors and the trail is tight. I have been in better caverns,...More

It's a cave! Claustrophobic? Maybe not for you. Very cool both figurative and literally. One of the great tourist attractions. Some narrow steps, a fair amount of walking.

First, the cavern and waterfall are actually really cool, but overall it was a negative experience. The tour is very poorly designed and I did not enjoy it. The group sizes are way, way, way too big. Our group was 40 people. That's right 40,...More

We visited the Falls during our road trip - entertaining trip to see the Falls but guides sometimes tried a bit too hard. Well organised for such a busy place allowing each party to have enough time to enjoy the actual Falls without being overcrowded-...More

We went to Ruby Falls with our 5 year old and 1 year old grandsons. We LOVED it. It was a lot of walking but well worth it. I had to carry my 1 year old all the way back and forth. No strollers were...More

I was intrigued by the photos I'd seen of the falls and so pitched this to my travel companion--didn't realize most of the required tour would be of the cavern (which is OK, not as cool as some of the caverns we have in Colorado)...More

The cave was fascinating and the tour was narrated brilliantly by the guide. Specific parts i.e. interesting formations are lit up in different colors, but you can take a flashlight if you want to see more. You reach Ruby Falls at the end, and it...More

Is it a must to print the tickets for Ruby Fall or a copy of ticket can be scanned from Mobile?

I didn't see anyone scan their mobile. Everyone had a paper ticket. I don't know if they can or can't scan mobile, but I never saw anyone try.

Can you do Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Incline Railway all in one day and if so, in what order would make the most sense? How much time should we allow for each activity?

We did all three in a few hours. I personally thought the Incline was a waste of money.

Hi there! Yes, canes are allowed on the tour. However, please keep in mind that this is a walking tour (just under 1 mile round trip) through the cave where there are narrow passages, some stairs and areas where it can be... More
