Great pedestrian bridge, with Coolidge Park on the north shore side to lure kids, and restaurants and breweries to tempt adults. It's very safe, frequented by runners, bikers, and strollers. The shadows from the bridge provide some shade and there is a nice breeze off...More

This is a pedestrian bridge, so it is easy to view the Tennessee River scenery in a relaxed way as you cross to shops and restaurants on the other side.

Take the FREE electric bus from High Point climbing and go across the river. Get off and shop or eat and visit Coolidge park before walking back across this bridge for a great outside activity. A must do in Chattanooga.

This is a good way to get across the river. A must see attraction. I recommend using the trolley and get off on one side and getting picked up on the other.
