This was such a let down! My grandparents gave us a gift certificate for this cruise. We were excited to go! Sadly it did not live up to the hype! We had the lunch cruise. When we boarded, we were taking to the lower area and sat at tables. The inside of the boat needs updating desperately. It is dirty... More

Took the noon tour an got to see a lot of the area. The crew was very accommodating. Many school children on tour but was handled very very well. The historian did a great job. Filled us in on a lot of the history of the area. Great tour for children and adults alike.

There is really nothing much to see just a cruise up & down the river. I used Groupon and even with the discount it was over priced.

This was a last minute decision and in hindsight was not the best choice. The trip on the river was interesting, seeing the very large homes that dot the shore did give one food for thought and the history lesson on board gave a very useful insight into Chattanooga and the river. The average was the actual lunch, It was... More

We took the sunset dinner cruise. A previous review said that the boat was permanently docked. There is a large boat that is permanently docked where you buy the tickets for the cruise and can visit a gift shop on the bottom deck as well as the "burger bar" on the 3rd deck. However, there is also an actual cruise... More

The boat is permanently docked but open to the public for food and adult refreshments. We had a super time enjoying our wine 🍷 while sitting outside on upper deck taking in the beautiful view. The bar tender was awesome and we hope he enjoyed his skiing adventure out west without incident.😉 Great place to relax & take in the... More

We did the lunch cruise. The food was excellent. Prime rib and baked chicken . Afterwards we went up to top deck and listened to the historian the was onboard. He was very informative.

I took my husband on the Southern Belle dinner cruise for Valentine's Day and was not very impressed. I paid extra to be assured a window seat and my view was looking at a wall. The food was ok but nothing to write home about. I complained to the company and never got a response. I requested a full refund... More

It was an experience to say the least. We got to visit Capt Matt and pull the horn! The food was good and they had a full bar. It was strange to have other people on the boat that were not part of our group, but they keep the levels separated. Bathrooms were clean and beautiful scenery.

A lot quieter and more relaxed than I was expecting but that was fine by me with all of our excitement earlier in the weekend. I would recommend slightly off-season when there are far fewer people and children. (personal choice) I could have done without the noise of the boat horn. It was too loud and went on for too...
