Stayed at the campground in our RV! Quiet, clean campground and helpful staff. Pleasant walk to the caverns where the grandkids panned for fossils. Enjoyable tour of the cavern. Perfect location to stay and see Chattanooga.

We reserved the Echo Room, 3 hour cavern tour and it exceeded our expectations. Ashley, our tour guide, was simply amazing. She had just enough energy, very motivating and knowledgeable and did an awesome job leading us through. Read the website and email when you...More

Bad stuff out of the way first. High prices - around $75 for four adults. Pretty short tour if you don't plan on taking one of the longer several hour crawling expeditions which can run into hundreds of $$$ with a group. Facilities are aging...More

My 11 year old son and I did the waterfall dome expedition which is 3 1/2 hours. The reason for the 56" height requirement is because you need this height in order to "body bridge" over the canyons. My son is 57" and was almost...More

I loved the tour, the guy who was our guide was awesome, he explained everything about the cave and the animales. And the cave is very huge, you have to go.

We had a great time. My 9 year old daughter and I took the 45 minute tour as part of a spring special. Our tour guide, Scarlett, was very informative, professional, and did an excellent job. The tour wasn't too long, and my daughter really...More

Rained nonstop all day, but that does not mean your adventure is cancelled. On the contrary, I received an email saying bring extra clothes because you WILL get dirty! The abundance of rain made an already adventurous tour, all the more exciting, enlivening the natural...More

By far the BEST field trip I've ever taken with students. Not only did we see what we're studying in class but we challenged ourselves, worked together, and got really dirty! The guide was excellent and was extremely knowledgeable and fun. It was also nice...More

Can you take a tour without getting dirty or having to crawl through tight spaces. We are retired but in good shape for hiking but caving isn't for us anymore. Thank.

Yes. You don't have to do the exploration tours. There's a regular walking tour. We didn't get dirty at all.

Are all the tours a crawling/dirty tour? I will be 8 months pregnant when visiting the area. I'd like the see the caves but won't be able to crawl. I have trouble getting out of bed now. lol

Not at all! They do have regular walking tours. We did the wild caving tour which is why we got all dirty!
