This is a museum that does not charge but accepts donations. Donate big! The museum begins with displays of the Civil War and goes through to the wars in the Middle East. Look for a knowledge guide . Ours was a Vietnam vet.

It was very educational for me because I saw things and equipment they used while in the military. There is a picture of my father and three of his brothers who were all in the military during WWII. It was cool to see that

Walked in and was greeted immediately by the docent. You're given the option of going thru on your own and the docent will take you on the tour. His tour flowed from the Civil War thru Afghanistan. The museum is small, all on one floor....More

Also there is no admission charge, although there are free will donation boxes around the entrances. The personal are all volunteers. and the tour guides are the best, ours was ex military and had a lot of 1st hand... More
