From fishing, paddling, tubing or hiking Appalachian Trail the Nolichucky River offers it all. There is Lodging and Camping also available through USA RAFT and Mountain River Guides in Erwin, TN

This River was made the Raft. The area has bunches of wildlife and foliage. The surrounding Cherokee National Forest is unspoiled.

Hiked Appalachian Trail up Cliff Ridge for great views of Nolichucky River and the Town of Erwin . Also, hiked trail along the river to the Nolichucky Gorge.

we rafted through the NC/TN section and the scenery was breathtaking. Saw several birds including a bald eagle. Water was low so the speed was slow but it was fun nonetheless.
