The ghost tour was great - our tour guide (Robert, I believe) was knowledgeable and told interesting stories about the scary history in front of beautiful antebellum homes. Not too scary for kids, either! Good family fun.

The guide was fun and knowledgeable and just the right amount of spooky. Yet she was very sensitive to all ages in the group and accommodating anyone who got scared.

Absolutely. We welcome dogs on all our tours. We do briefly go inside a couple places on some daytime tours, however. One is a church that doesn't allow dogs. Which tour were you considering?

Most tours are 90 minutes. Food tour is longer. Cost for most is $20 per adult, less for teens and kids. Not a lot of walking. They stick to downtown historic area, stopping at several spots to tell you about the history.
