Our guide Miami was awesome! We were only 5 as compared to usual 8 on the raft. Each rapid was named something weird and stories along the way made it quite interesting.

Nice Experience. Lot of fun to do this in a group. Our guide Tyler was superb! Was very friendly and gave us plenty tidbits of each rapid as we were rafting.

Yes you can wear one. Some helmets have ones that were put on by customers. I used a head elastic head mount amd put it over the helmet.
