A very pleasant museum experience. Free admission, interesting exhibits and a well- stocked gift shop. Many pieces promote thoughtfulness and consideration of a different perspective from your own.

We stopped at Knoxville only for a rest between cities, and since the museum was near the hotel we stopped in on the way out of town. Wow! what great exhibits! We wound up spending a couple of hours. And it's free. Congrats, Knoxville.

This was the first thing we did on our trip to Knoxville. It was very enjoyable, there is free admission and lots to see.

This isn't a large museum, but the contents were extremely well curated and well worth seeing. We were particularly struck by the collection of contemporary prints.

The kids love going here to walk around and learn new things. The children’s area here is fun and very educational. Love going every chance we get.

Our first visit to this museum but not our last. It is smallish but a good hour esp if the temp section is good. Parking is good and free as is the entrance. Staff is helpful and friendly.

It worked wonders for our budget on an otherwise expensive trip to pigeon forge/ Sevierville/Gatlinburg. Loved the glass exhibit downstairs! Loved the thread spool Mona Lisa! They were showing Tennessee school children’s art when we were there and it was awesome! Very enjoyable for sure....More
