Called in for a bite to eat and had a great meal. Delicious and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend for anyone looking for a tasty meal.

We came here before going the book festival and had a lovely meal of fish and chip and scampi and chips. Very reasonably priced and the staff were very attentive. Would definitely go again

Service so efficient. We're happy there for a quiet drink, for a tasty lunch, or, despite the slightly "sedate" atmosphere, for the football. Occasionally we try elsewhere for a "change". But always return the next time! Visitors made welcome among obviously regular clientel.
