Located in Ashbourne, Co. Meath and just 30 minutes from Dublin is Ireland’s only theme park and zoo, Tayto Park. With over 100 attractions to experience and enjoy, there is something for everyone; young, old and in between. For the thrill seekers, the Cu Chulainn, Ireland’s first rollercoaster and Europe’s first wooden rollercoaster with an inversion, is sure to get your adrenaline flowing. But that’s not all, there are a huge variety of attractions, 100+ in total. Challenge yourself high in the sky on the Extreme Climbing Walls or Sky Walk, let the kids explore our Playground, Steam Train Express or our Mini Ferris Wheel or take the Tayto Factory Tour, free with entry, and find out the history behind Tayto. And for those who don’t need an increased heart rate to have a good time, enjoy a laid-back stroll through our zoo, where you can interact with the exceptional animal collection, from the mischievous meerkats to the largest of the big cats, the amur tiger.

Was in Tayto Park yesterday. In our group was 3 adults, 1 teenager and 4 kids under 7. It was obviously expensive to get in. €120 for my family and €90 for the other with wristbands. However, without the bands it would be a complete...More

My husband and I spent a full day here with our 6 year old twins. We arrived at 9.30 and left at 7pm. We spent the whole day being completely entertained. Great food offering too to meet everyone's needs.

Family visit with youngest 3 and eldest child 16. Adrenaline junkie 16 year old very happy, apart from being too tall for the zipwire and tayto twist, but enough other things to get her fix. Definitely get wristbands if you are planning on doing the...More

As far as I know the wristbands you can go on the rides as many times as you want so if the older kids were going on the bigger rides at least the younger kids could go on small rides again instead waiting around.

2 adults no problem...2 big rides are class;rest of the bigger ones are grand-but typical fairground spinny round things. Shows are good-birds of prey and fossets circus. Free bag of tayto cheese n onion when leaving!
