Visited here in June and we loved it. Cafes and other places to eat were very good. Fish n chip shop, ice cream parlours etc. Places to book trips were dotted around the area too

As it says this is where the islanders went when it was eventually liberated in 1945. The statue celebrates this wonderful day and goes to the heart of the island.

The main attraction of this lovely square is the sculpture with a beautiful message. The area is very clean with a range of facilities to suit everyone. There are lots of public conveniences and the fact that they are so well maintained is a credit...More

Very moving piece of art. Sat here many times. Very disappointed to see children taking money out of the water. Lovely place to sit and take a rest and watch the world go by.

We were expecting far more than this, it isn't even a square. It is the end of a block with busy roads on 2 sides. Altogether a bit of a disappointment

We had a look while in St. Helier, it is an impressive commemorative statue to have a look at whilst in town. We saw it on our way to the bus station which is close by.
