Great museum, with lots of information from when the prison first opened in the 1800s to now. Staff were very knowledgeable. Some amazing exhibits. Definitely worth visiting. Will be recommending the museum to family and friends.

After a walk through Princetown passed the prison gates. To the out skirts of the town. You come to the museum. Very good attraction. You can buy stuff made in the prison workshops.

I’m think a cafe would totally spoil the experience as it about the hardest of prisons. Just go to the cafe down the road. Not hard !
