Very nice stop

Obviously it's very central but there are a few shops and a decent tourist information centre to pint the way to attractions.

When we were there we stayed in a B&B right on the green. A young man played the bag pipes outside. We asked our host if he did that everyday and the reply was "yes, he's out there all the time... usually plays until someone complains" which made us laugh. There are a couple restaurants and the Loch Ness centre... More

Quite a pretty village green but noisy road next to it. Some pleasant places to eat. Good tourist information.

Pretty green, there is a road in and behind, but it is a cul-de-sac and you'll be luck to park right there. However, there is a large free car park across the road.

Stopped off for a picnic after our cruise looking for Nessie. Lots of picnic benches and grass for a rug. Lovely spot to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Ours six year old even spotted a pair of golden eagles flying above!

The bustling centre of the village of Drumnadrochit, good parking, toilets and tourist information centre. Several shops and restaurants.

Drumodrochit is a one horse village by Indian standards - so for us, a Village Green that's just one alley was a pleasant find. The national highway cuts through - so traffic is high but the surroundings are charming and tourist/traveler friendly

Very well kept, lots of little quaint shops, the road was very busy but could have been because of the Highland games being on

Quaint old world village well worth a stop off on your travels - few local shops and cafes designed specifically for the tourists but really nice place to chill for a while

Really enjoyed it. Well worth the journey there and we even saw dogs swimning with seals! Yes! The seals came over and seemed to tease and provoke the dogs into a game. If visiting Inverness it's well worth a drive out.
