Sea Life Surveys, established over 30 years ago in 1982, was the first and is now the most experienced whale watching, porpoise, shark and dolphin watching, marine survey, and education programme in the UK. Establishing the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust in 1992, Sea Life Surveys is still actively conducting a research programme focused on the Minke whale and contributing directly to marine conservation.

Lovely trip, just enough time on boats and islands. Take your drinks and lunch and travel with knowledgable guides. Take layers as weather changeable and best to sit outside to take in wildlife and view.

I thoroughly enjoyed the 6.5 hour excursion with Sea Life Survey. The staff and volunteers involved are committed naturalists and ecologists who offer more than information--they convey a great deal of wisdom about the creatures, ecosystems and geology of the area. Also, they are warmly...More

Went on the 6.5 hour whale watching trip. Excellent trip, the crew really look after you and make sure everyone has access to binoculars. We saw Minky whale, sea eagles, porpoise, seal and otter. My second trip and seen great sites each time.

Great trip with these guys in early May. Knowledgable and friendly guides, and we saw tons of seabirds and four minke whales. The 6 hour trip is great value, and the boat is excellent.
