A wonderful place to spend, narrow and winding roads, but the place full of peace and tranquility. Behind every bend you'll find a lovely view and surprisingly, only you will be at this place for some time. Dedicate at least two different non regret that this is one of the most beautiful places in the world !!!

We wanted to give our young son (under five) a ride on a pony, and a trip to a stable to see that it isn't all about just sitting on the horse! We emailed to ask if we could be accommodated for a variation on the standard trek, and the staff were helpful and quick to reply :). We booked... More

We treated our children to a 1 hour trek during a recent visit to Skye and they loved it! The staff were friendly, patient and accommodating when dealing with my children who were all completely new to riding. Each of my children were fitted out with the appropriate safety equipment before being assigned their own pony. They were all escorted... More

We are a family with two small children and booked to stay in a cottage at Skye Trekking Centre. Kirsty was so wonderful to book with. The cottage: - Modern, clean and obviously loved with lots of special touches to make us feel comfortable. - I'm so happy we found this place! Kirsty Duff has been wonderful to arrange our... More

The kids really enjoyed the trek. Kids can ride from age 3, and adults under the weight limit (83 kg, fully clothed) can ride as well. They take you out for an hour's ride in a very picturesque environment. The staff is very friendly. At £25 per person (child or adult, plus a 60 p fee if you pay by... More

I have been every where from China to Australia to the U.S. and the Isle of Skye has the most diverse and amazing geology packed into one place as any or all the other places on this planet. It might be a tad hard to get there but thats all part of the charm!

My friends and I were touring round scotland in a vintage camper van and decided to try something different. I found it very easy to book with Skye trekking centre as this was done with just a simple email. They were very helpful and even emailed directions to find them which we did with ease. I also called last minute... More

Our pony trek was great fun (once I overcame my fear!) and was really enjoyable. The ponies were lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly, and were able to put an absolutely beginner like me at ease. And what a fantastic location. I'd just like to say many thanks for the part you played in what was a... More

We had zero experience heading in and they gave us a very basic lesson on how to control the ponies. Unfortunately they had had a rough week at the centre and things were running late that morning, so the person at reception was running around on a gimpy leg trying to get all the horses tacked up while weighing everyone...
