Our group of four spent many hours planning a September trip to the UK. After much research, we decided that we wanted to see an island or two in the Inner Hebrides, and Jura was highly recommended due to its beauty, small population and the...More

We stayed on Jura for a few days and found the people to be very welcoming and friendly. For a holiday of beaches, excellent seafood and scenery this is the island for you.

We traveled over with the car on the Jura Ferry in order to visit the Jura Distillery, the island was green and lush all over, mountainous but lovely.

Very few people around but everyone seemed pleased to see you and chatty. Just the one road. Loads of deer and other wildlife. Beautiful scenery but midges quite fierce! If you want peace and tranquillity its a great place to find it.

Last minute decision to go to Island Of Jura, and was not disappointed, had an excellent time, from Passenger Ferry, Hotel stay, Island Tour and Distillery Tour.
