They had some interesting displays. Nothing really special for me. The combination ticket which includes admission to the much better Rock n Soul Museum is a good value.

We got this with a combo deal with Rock'n'Soul Museum, together tickets were $17. So it works out you are paying $5 for this entry and I think that is a fair price as I would think anymore would not be worth it. Location wise, it's on Beale St beside the Hard Rock Cafe and open until 7pm so it... More

If you are on a tight schedule, I suggest not to prioritise this exhibition, it is very small and offers information you can find elsewhere (Sun Studio, Rock n Soul museum, Graceland, etc). Many outfits are displayed, and a little of each artist is explained. Ticket costs $8 but if you buy with the Rock n Soul museum ticket there... More

Not worth the entrance fee - says nothing that other venues here in Memphis have not already said and done better. Really just seems to be an add-on to the Hard Rock Cafe. If you have visited the other museums etc., you can happily give this one a miss.

Don't miss this if you grew up during the era of Rock&Roll and Soul. Fantastic. Developed by Smithsonian.

If you were wandering on Beale Street, know nothing about music and weren't planning on going to any of the many other amazing places in Memphis to learn music history, then sure wander in. Most of the displays were of obscure artists (they of course had the obligatory Elvis, BB King, etc.), didn't give much information and/or interesting information. This... More

Nothing helps you learn the blues better than by seeing who is in the Hall of Fame. This museum is small, only took about an hour, but was a great start to learning about Memphis music. There were interactive displays where you could pick what artist you wanted to learn about or you could take a quiz to see how... More

We visited after doing the Rock 'n Soul Museum Tour, as it is a joint ticket. The Memphis Hall of Fame is upstairs in a building off Beale Street by Hard Rock Café/Hotel. It has a variety of memorabilia from various Memphis musicians. While it was nice after seeing the Rock 'n Soul Museum, it seemed to be a bit... More

Enjoyed the museum, small, informative, alot of old Memphis blues history here, and only $6. Would recommend going after you go to Rock and Soul Museum. It's a small venue and you will complete this one quicker.
