We were visiting the Memphis Botanic Garden and saw the sign for this garden across the street, so we decided to check it out. Unexpected space with a home (well mansion practically) turned museum and a garden to walk around. There was construction so things...More

We went hoping to see some impressionist art and once we paid our entry fee, we discovered that most of the exhibits were unavailable since the rooms were being remodelled. It would have been appreciated had we been informed by the cashier. A waste of...More

Was disappointed that some of their better known artist were put up for the special exhibits they had going at the time. However the special exhibits were well worth seeing. Well done

Drove out of our way to sèe this gallery, as we like impressionist painting.Bought our tickets and then found out most of it was being updated, so only the cafe, shop, a photo exhibition and 2 small rooms of paintings were on show.

Compared to its neighbor, Memphis Botanical Gardens, it’s small but very attractive. The small garden area is a delight even in October when it’s 90 degrees outside. Does the south have fall? Nonetheless, the walk in the garden and the impressionist artwork in the mansion...More

My 17 year old son and I went and enjoyed the Gallery and a nice walk around the Gardens. Several "hidden" statues and sculpture. We probably spent about an hour and a half. I didn't see it if it was there but would have loved...More

The gardens and gallery are both small compared to others but together they make a very nice combo. The grounds are well kept. The art is housed in an historic home which also adds to the attraction.

Not too much in bloom this time of year but the art sculptures and Gallery are very nice. A bit out of town but easy to find. This is near Gibson's Donuts so we stopped there for donuts after YUM

The gallery is delightful. The gardens are exquisite. They are undergoing a bit of construction now but when it is completed, the grounds will be pristine again. There are some delightful treasures of artwork tucked away in the gallery. I love the Impressionist paintings and...More

I don't think so. When we were there, I asked if the grounds stayed open after the museum closes at 5; I was told no. Might be worth a call to them though
