This fascinating tour takes you through the whole manufacturing process from design to finished product. Huge factory puts out dozens of fine musical instruments daily. A musicians dream!

We did the factory tour on May 15th. Our car was parked at the Peabody Garage ($7 day). You have to buy your tickets at the gift shop. The tickets are valid for a certain time. We had the 3 PM tour. You can not take pictures in the factory. You have to wear protecting glasses. Some parts of the... More

Amazing tour, basically got to see the birth of a hand crafted Gibson guitar happen in front of us. The shop was nice to wait in with a large selection of Guitars for sale.

A great tour of the guitar factory. You get to see how they are made from start to finish. Well worth the money. Right near Beale St.

Very interesting. The tour guide was an actual worker at the factory and a player. it would have been nice to be there when they were actually working, which it's kind of hard to do, but it was also nice that it wasn't really noisy. You can really see why Gibson guitars are such high quality!

The tour was really interesting and very well explained by the young good ol' boy who showed us round. Saw every part of factory - a revolation. I went round on spec and glad I did - fascinating even if you don't play guitar.

Whether you are a music fan or not (I am) you will find this tour fascinating as you walk every work station and if the factory is in operation that day, see each step of the guitar making process. This is one of three Gibson factories (solid bodies are made in Nashvilee, acoustic in Bozeman) and is responsible for the... More

We were planning on visiting the factory during their last tour on Sunday. There's a big marquee in front with the tour times, so I know they had a tour scheduled, but when we got there, the guy at the desk said there were no more tours that day. It was a rainy day and not many people out, so... More

My husband is the musician and wanted to take a tour of Gibson. I must say I was very impressed. You can book your tour online and they took us through the facility showing you the stages of how the guitars are made and I must say it is fascinating to see how much time and effort it takes to...
