This stretch of sand is lovely and easy access. Sadly not many attractions on the front. Could be so much better, needs to provide more to do for families.

The promenade and beach front is currently under significant restoration and rejuvenation and should be finished in time for the summer season - for the meantime long stretches are blocked off to the public The beach here is not anywhere near as good as those in Cornwall but great for dog walking or cycling/jogging Enjoy :-)

This is a fantastic beach that has been refubished with lovely new sand. The only bad part is the pier that is slowly falling away into the see. If you are visiting the area stop off at the beach here much better than nearby Llandudno where I live if you want golden sands, as the council in their wisdom covered... More

Great beach since the sand deposits and amenities installed. Can be uncomfortable if the weather's not good. Otherwise AA lovely place to visit. Great amenities for water sports too.

A gorgeous beach. A big beach, had a lovely walk along it. Much more scenic than it's neighbours Rhyl and Prestatyn. Beautiful part of the county, will definitely visit this area of Wales again!

What a superb beach and so well deigned that even at high tide there is plenty of exposed sand. Different areas cater for swimmers, children, dogs, surfers and other water sports activities. Adjacent and to the east is Porth Eirias with the restaurant, cafe, showers, toilets and lockers. There is also free WiFi to encourage the younger element who cannot... More

Over the last few years the Council have invested heavily in the beach and prom, work still going on the the west of the pier. The golden sand makes the beach an ideal place for the family to spend the warm sunny days, with the children digging to their hearts content. Sailing is available for anyone wishing to get out... Great dog walking beach but restricted in Spring n Summer. Only accessible at low tide but beware tide sweeps in !!!! Either side of collapsing pier which is restricted, is good one more rocky than the other. Loads of free parking !
