We were staying nearby and did the walk through Loggerheads Country Park to Cilcain a distance of about 5 miles. The park itself is excellent for children with things to find and see as it is a old used lead mining quarry.

Well worth a visit - lovely riverside walk with interesting information boards. Parking is reasonable at £1 for 2 hours which is more than enough time. Main car park was full but the overflow one at the top of the hill had plenty of space...More
