A lovely pier with the RLNI being there and doing stunts for people to watch. Beach is a stone beach. Car park right next to it with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance.

I took my kids and grand kids for the afternoon to a sunny Beaumaris. Bought the nets, bait and buckets and off we went 'crabbing' with some success. A fun time was had by all

A nice little pier with the most scenic views of the Welsh mountains across the sea. Beaumaris is a wonderful place and the pier adds to it!

Definitely worth a walk out on the pier, lots of children and parents catching crabs, people going on or returning from boat trips, yachts in the harbour, if you go at the weekend the local yacht club could be racing out in the straits, there...More

We visited the pier whilst queueing for a boat trip. It is a nice, tidy, relatively short Pier, which was being widely used for crabbing and boat trips. There aren't really any attractions here apart from a small shop and a paddling pool for kids...More

Kills some time & entertains all ages - crabbing on pier. Shop at end sells all you need except patience!

Absolutely gorgeous little pier with loads of seating and also some with shelter. My children loved crabbing over the side. Also a lovely little shop at the top that you can get hot drinks and the usual seaside gifts. Ample parking and very good price...More

The gaol is not in the castle, it is up one of the side streets, but it is well signposted. I can't remember it very well so l would be guessing about wheelchair/scooter access but l have found their phone number online, it... More

As one of the previous answers mentioned, I think Bangor Pier would be a better option. There is so much crabbing going on that maybe fish would be frightened off.
