This was our 5th stay at Corran Cottage, which is part of Hills Farm Stables. The owners, Jackie and Melissa provide an excellent service. The Cottage is just right for us, 3 adults, one pre-teen daughter and two fluffy dogs. Every time we have been there, Corran Cottage has been in excellent condition. Daughter and wife enjoyed horse riding under... More

11 of us were booked to ride as part of a hen do. We were warmly greeted and matched perfectly with our horses (quite how the staff matched our personalities to the horses I'll never know but it was fabulous!). The staff... so friendly, very knowledgeable and reassuring (10 of our party were novice riders, most having never done it... More

We came here as a hen party of 11. All the ladies supporting us were exceptionally friendly and gave us the best and most memorable experience that we'll never forget. We rode out horses through the lovely little village all the way to the castle. 100% would go again loved it

We stayed in Corran Cottage, which is attached to the stables and is a spacious 2 bedroomed, well appointed property with every amenity one could wish for. Location is about 400yards down a single track road meaning no street light pollution to enjoy starlit nights. Jackie and Melissa should be rightly proud of this gem of a place and were... More

When 15 men turned up for a Stag do at Hills farm Stables, Jackie and her lovely crew of helpers did not bat an Eyelid and quickly saddled us all up for a Jaunt around Laugharne. With all the riders suited to the Amazing horses we instantly all felt a bond with our steeds and took off on our walk.... More

We booked a session for 4 people during our weekend visit to Wales, the staff are lovely and the horses are well trained and accommodated to all levels. This is our second visit but definitely not our last.

Spent the weekend in Wales for a 40th birthday celebration and had the morning house riding. Jackie and the folks there made us feel very welcome, spent time talking with us and even toasted the birthday girl with a bottle of cava! Definitely come here again!

Went to Hills Farm Stables as part of a hen party and will remember the day always. We received a warm welcome from a team of people who were friendly and extremely professional. We had a few nervous hens and they were instantly put at ease and the horses were stunning and well looked after. Would definitely like to return... More
