So great in this small boat with a knowledgeable friendly captain (Blake). Got real close to mother and baby calf. The whales were curious and came right up to the boat for a little while. Saw them double breach in sync. Fantastic experience for a great price. 900HP boat too for exciting trip back and forth :)

Awesome. This is the only word I need to use. However, it deserves a more in-depth description: - The boat: very stable despite the high jumps, and very comfortable seats, so that it is harmless (which can usually happen in some boats). - The captain: very friendly and expert on whales. He explained us all kind of whale characteristics and... More

We spotted a group of Whales right away out of the Sydney Harbour and enjoyed watching great jumps and splashes for the entire trip. The boat is well designed for observation and very secure. We had a great time! Thanks Blake

This is a must do experience. Definitely my highlight in Sydney. We saw a pod of humpback whales up close with lots of opportunities for photos. Blake also took some himself which was brilliant as it meant we could focus on the whales rather than trying to catch the action. The time whizzed past. Looking forwards to going out again... More

Me & my girlfriend Sarah went out on the 11:30 trip on Saturday and absolutely loved it! Blake was brilliant from start to finish, would highly recommended booking with him. Great knowledge of the sea & the whales. Even though the whales weren't as active as we hoped we would 100% do it all over again. Another thing ticked off... More

Blake and his 900 Hp rocket get out to the whale highway and back before you can blink. Sit on your hat as this boat launches into hyperdrive. Great experience watching the whales glide by.

The beauty of going on the super fast rubber boat is you get to the whale watching grounds quickly and move from pod to pod in an instant. Very informative and enjoyable trip. I highly recommend it and will do it again.

The guide is easy going and knows a lot about the Wales and the surroundings! I would recommend this trip to everyone who likes a fast boat trip and would like to see the... More

Went on my fourth trip with Manly Ocean Adventures yesterday. It was as always an amazing thrilling ride. Great sceneries and always a rush when you get close to the rocks.. Captain Blake always makes it a trip to remember and especially this time of the year we didn't even had to search for whales. Heaps around and it seems... More

Great experience with Manly Ocean Adventures! We were bought a Whale Watching experience as a gift before travelling Australia. Blake was very informative and fun with his session, there were other, bigger companies present on the water that day and they didn't seem to be getting half the experience as we did. As you go out on the water on... More

Manly
A 40-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay will take you to the famous northern beach of Manly. The beaches here are perfect for learning to surf or spending the day sun-tanning. The walk from Spit Bridge to Manly is a great way to experience Sydney Harbour Bay and the Australian bush land. Along the foreshore, there are plenty of watering holes and wine bars with excellent cuisine. There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants as well, especially along the family-oriented areas like Shelly Beach. An excellent way to experience Manly is to rent a bike and explore the dedicated bike paths and off road trails. The North Head National Park is another must-see. Located on the southern tip of Manly, North Head National Park offers great bushwalks and panoramic views of the city.
