Nice place for a spring/summer/autumn time walk and possibly a picnic. AT the end of the Puffing Billy Line great for the kids to run around. Bring your own food as the cafe has limited offering.

One of the prettiest lakes that we have seen on our trip. The turquoise color of the water is spectacular. It was crowded when we were there, but worth it for the views. Short walk to the view, but really nice longer hikes for those...More

Great place for a walk and a couple of hours well spent. Plenty of car parking space. If you have children, there are paddle boats too. Reasonable care too.

We had a couple of hours stop off from puffin Billy , lovely park although we didn’t get far with 2 toddlers 1 & 3 years old. Not very flat so can be strenuous walk for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. Nice lake,...More

Nice view, but for paddling boats they are receiving just cash, no pos, so the kids were unhappy :( No place nearby to redraw cash, the nearest one was 20 minutes walk.

Most parks/ reserves like this have free parking however not the case here, I’m guessing because it sits at the Puffing Billy railway . $6 all day parking , machine takes cash or credit card which is handy . Great place for a picnic ,...More
