Popped in to have a look and stayed for hours. This is a credit to all of the volunteers. It is well laid out and very very informative. Would go back again next time on the island for another look at what I missed. Can spend hours there. Well done to all concerned.

great staff, lots to see and an interesting insight into the War and those who served. As someone born in the 80's, visiting gives a better appreciation of Vietnam

A surprisingly large and in-depth look. Very interesting for a Canadian visitor and Australian hosts. Plan plenty of time for history buffs.

We visited this fabulous museum as a large group of Vietnam Veterans celebrating a reunion of 'A' Battery 12 Field Regiment Vietnam 1971. The layout and exhibits are amazing, they have the lot! It is informative, educational and a credit to the tireless workers that have put this together.

Thank you so much for your great comments. Great to hear you enjoyed your visit with your reunion. We have a big role in education for future generations about Australia's role in the Vietnam War. I suspect the displays would have brought back memories for some of your group. Thank you for visiting the Museum. More

Excellent museum, plenty of reading material and displays. Tanks and aircraft and helicopters all on display. Don't miss the light and sound show in the mess tent, this is both informative and really well done giving you a great insight into conditions and what happened. Set over two levels.

Thank you for taking the time to review the Museum. We recommend that visitors take at least 90 minutes to look through the Museum as there is so much to see. You can actually look inside the Armoured Personnel Carrier, to get an idea of the conditions the servicemen and women had to put up with. Thank you for visiting... More

Thanks for such great comments. There is plenty to learn about this time in our history. The holographic Light & Sound show gives some really good information about the causes and consequences of the Vietnam War. Thank you for visiting the Museum. More

As a bit of a historian who loves the Australian War Memorial in Canberra, I was unaware this even existed. What a brilliant place this is. The level of detail, the introductory piece on entering and the number of items and stories to look at and read is immense. The stories are sometimes hard to read but just show what... More

Our car group recently visited on a Sunday & whilst a guide is not normally offered on this day, John (hope I remembered his name rightly) stepped up and provided a great Veteran's commentary of the incredible items on display. Planes, helicopters, trucks, tanks, uniforms and weapons - it's all there, and extremely well displayed. Absolutely moving, absolutely fascinating -... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our Museum. I am so pleased that John gave you all a guided tour through the Museum. All our volunteers will help out with information and are always... More
