Add some exotic to the everyday with Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. Wander through a lush canopy of bamboo, come face to face with a clouded leopard, feed some Australian parrots, and delve into the far reaches of the Amazon. Nashville Zoo is your...more
We love visiting zoos while we travel and this zoo did not disappoint. You can spend anywhere from a few hours to a whole day. The zoo isn’t large but it has great exhibits and several children activities.
We really enjoyed this zoo! We took our three kids to the zoo on a Friday and while we had to deal with some school/summer camp groups while we were there, we had an awesome experience. The exhibits were so cool and we love the...More

Thank you so much for your review! As a nonprofit, we rely heavily on the feedback from our guests. I just wanted to clarify that all keeper talks and animal shows are free with admission. Thank you for your time!
My teenage daughter and I love to visit zoos when we travel. The Nashville Zoo is small, but pleasant. Not a wide variety of animals, but they seem well cared for. It’s a nice sized zoo; easily walkable, but nothing outstanding.
