Fontanel Mansion is a 27,000 square foot log home formerly owned by Country Music Hall of Fame member Barbara Mandrell, and is Nashville's only country music mansion tour giving visitors a sneak peek into the lives of country music greats. The home, situated on the 200 plus acre property, is nestled in the rolling hills of the Whites Creek Valley. With The Inn at Fontanel, the Woods Amphitheater, Pritchard's Distillery, Natchez Hills Winery, Cafe Fontanella, Music City Ziplines by Adventure Works, The Trails and Metro Parks Greenway, it is easy to see why Fontanel is one of Nashville's premier destinations. We offer a family and dog friendly atmosphere located just minutes from downtown Nashville in Whites Creek. Open 7 days a week...Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

We went for the Christmas at the Mansion and it was lack luster. Nothing really screamed Christmas throughout the house. You had a tree and carolers at the front door. The history and the log mansion are nice but all-in-all I feel that I have...More

The grounds and restaurant are truly beautiful, and the people who play concerts ( I'm aware of their lineup , even if I don't often go) are outstanding. The food is delicious, and you can spend many happy hours here. It's a slice of rural TN history,...More

Most disappointing tour of my visit to Nashville. Apparently the new owners and the Mandrell's no longer are working together. So, other than when you first get up to the mansion and Barbara's old master bedroom, there's not much said about the Mandrell's. They have...More

Jaime, Barbara's Daughter, was hired initially to represent the Mandrell family and a year ago she felt a calling to work with people in Recovery for drug and alcohol abuse. The now owners have actually owned the property longer than the Mandrell's actually lived here...More

Nicely decorated for Christmas. Warm inside with live music and a cash bar. All of our questions were answered by the friendly staff.

We have all read about celebrities or ball players living in outrageously by homes, many times just a couple. I couldn't imagine. This tour will clear that up. Part of the house is for parties and dinners. Part of the house is for day to...More

The home where Barbara Mandrell lived with her husband and children. A huge log home now owned by two music mogals. Filled with artifacts you are alliowed to touch. My husband took a picture holding Buck Owens red, white, and blue guitar.

This was our second visit. It is a great tour. Steven Whitson was our guide and he is fantastic. He remembers people’s names and makes the tour very interesting. He also has a great voice.
