Beautiful lake if you don't mind the litter

Love this lake! There are islands that you can camp on, bluffs to jump off of and many coves to hang out in with your friends. There are also some no wake zone areas where you can... read more

Never a dull moment as we live nearby and never a time when this view is boring. Boating and other water sports everyday makes this a fun place to stop and catch your thoughts and put on paper.

Love this lake! There are islands that you can camp on, bluffs to jump off of and many coves to hang out in with your friends. There are also some no wake zone areas where you can paddle your kayaks and canoes. A great place to kayak with several island's to explore and picnic on. The bad part is the... More

Lot of boats on this lake and people (even in November) enjoying the weekend. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful with the fall colors. There are a few houseboats to rent for an overnight. Didn't see the camping area but I'm told there is one.

A nice lake with a great view of sunrises and sunsets. A park across the lake. Many boats on a quiet lake.

Stopped by for a short visit as we were in the Nashville area. Lake is not far from the eastern side of Nashville. The Army Corp of Engineers has done a quality job. Visitor Center staff were friendly and shared their passion for the lake with us. Boat ramp area looked well appointed and cared for. Talked to some locals... More

Lovely peaceful place. Took a drive there whilst on holiday. Great views of the sunset whilst out walking. Saw people on boats and having BBQs. Worth a trip out there for some quiet time with family/friends.

We've got a small boat, this place is excellent and just outside of Nashville. Plenty of ramps, most of them free. However, most don't have docs and if they do they arequite often on the rocks due to the varying levels. But the lake itself is great. Cool water, plenty of places to get out of the way. Very busy... We visited the Hamilton creek access area on the Percy Priest reservoir before heading to the airport. It was pleasant to get out and walk along the trail along the lake then on the mountain bike trails. We met a biker & a runner on the trail but, on a week day morning, few people were about. There was nice... More
