Love everything about this place! It's located inside the Country Music Hall of Fame building. I stumbled upon it while making my way through the corridor from the Omni Hotel to the CMHF. I was drawn toward the picture windows that give you a generous...More

Missed the tour by about 15 minutes, but thoroughly enjoyed wandering through the shop, peering into the printery side, and shopping for a few souvenirs. If you like show posters, letterpress printing, or just need a quick indoor activity while in Nashville that doesn't involve...More

I had visited this place before, years ago when it was near the old Ryman. But I actually love the new location - inside the Country Music Hall of Fame building. Their history of printing iconic posters is amazing - but to see them still...More

We were told we had to stop here by friends. They were right! Unfortunately we were there during the eclipse (with about a million other people) so the tours were filled up through the entire duration of our visit. However, the staff in the actual...More

This was an interesting way to learn about printing and an important piece of Nashville's history. The tour is very neat and we were able to watch one of the Designers working. They still use the same techniques as when they were founded and the...More

Have been a fan of "hatch" style posters for decades...but never sought out and visited. SO, finding ourselves in Nashville, we plunged into the Hatch experience. Took the tour, made a print AND listened to some great history while working on the print. I was...More

I thought the price was a little too high for what we received. Read and wanted to take this tour, so we did. Very interesting, but would have liked to walk around the "Shop" to see some of the things up close instead of stand...More

The tour guides were so fun and full of neat stories! The nostalgia of printed posters and the legacy of Hatch Show Print shouldn't be missed! We even made our own prints while learning about the history of Hatch Show Print. Highly recommend!

Went on this tour as an add on to Hall of Fame tour - daughter wanted to make own show print. I actually thought tour was interesting but to really enjoy you must have an interest in printing or at least old equipment. Make your...More

Interesting business with a long history. However the tour is not for everyone. Starts with a 20min talk while guests stand in the print shop space. Crowded and not one place to sit. Detailed (perhaps tediously so) descriptions. Then group moves to a "classroom". At...More

We booked a private group tour that lasted an hour; about thirty minutes in the print shop area and thirty minutes in a classroom where we got to each make a mini print to take home.

No, there isn't any customizing. They may have two prints to choose from but you just roll the ink on the pre-printed stock. It's a nice, dated souvenir and the tour is well worth the time and money.
