The 2010 Applause Award winner, Dollywood is recognized as one of the world’s best theme parks. Spanning 150 acres and located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood offers more than 40 rides and attractions, including the Thunderhead wooden coaster, the steel thriller Mystery Mine and Wild Eagle, the first wing coaster in the U.S. Dollywood’s entertainment is recognized worldwide, having received more trophies, 20, than any other theme park for its live entertainment which showcases country, bluegrass, Southern gospel, classic rock ‘n’ roll and Appalachian music. Daily demonstrations by more than a dozen master craftsmen offer a glimpse into the authentic artistry of the area’s rich heritage. Guests visiting the Great Smoky Mountains can stay just a stone’s throw away from Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country at Dollywood Cabins. Accommodations range from quaint spaces just for two to sprawling floor plans that sleep up to 30 people. Guests are treated to sweeping mountain views while some cabins actually overlook Dolllywood’s popular Craftsman’s Valley area. Cabin guests receive exclusives such as free reserved parking at Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country and complimentary admission to Dollywood’s Splash Country.

This was our 2nd visit. We love the Chasing Rainbows museum and the live shows, particularly DreamLand Drive-in. My only complaint was the loud whistle on the steam engine train, blowing it unnecessarily so many times during our train ride. If you're taking the train you might want to bring ear muffs! Other than that, Dollywood has a friendly staff... More

My husband and I were in town on our honeymoon, and I had never been to Dollywood before. I was super excited to go. Therefore, I was super let down. Just for the 2 of us was $150. This is outrageous. WAY overpriced. The roller coasters were a lot of fun for me....the ones that were open, that is. There... More

This is an amazing park. Clean, friendly and plenty for everyone to do. Kids of all ages can have a blast. Award winning shows and entertainment. My husband we is a quadriplegic can even enjoy being there. He is in a motorized wheelchair and could even ride the train. It is well beyond worth the money.

We visited first time today 5/25/17. It was just me and my 4 year old. We brought a wagon (radio flyer wagon) and had no issues, we were even informed as leaving we could use it on the trams that bring you to the gate. The facility is clean- we used several bathrooms! The train ride was relaxing and enjoyable,... More

Dinner at set down restaurant served good food with large portions. The park is compact with all the usual theme park attractions. You must find the cinnamon bread house. The Wild Eagle is a must ride it is a smooth 2.25 minutes of thrill.

We enjoyed all the music shows we attended and were impressed with the Eagle show, near the back. Dollywood and The Eagle Foundation have teamed up and are doing a marvelous job of helping the eagle population grow. The show, as well as the information, was fun. We spend a LOT of time in the Museum about Dolly and enjoyed... More
