The 2010 Applause Award winner, Dollywood is recognized as one of the world’s best theme parks. Spanning 150 acres and located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood offers more than 40 rides and attractions, including the Thunderhead wooden coaster, the steel thriller Mystery Mine and Wild Eagle, the first wing coaster in the U.S. Dollywood’s entertainment is recognized worldwide, having received more trophies, 20, than any other theme park for its live entertainment which showcases country, bluegrass, Southern gospel, classic rock ‘n’ roll and Appalachian music. Daily demonstrations by more than a dozen master craftsmen offer a glimpse into the authentic artistry of the area’s rich heritage. Guests visiting the Great Smoky Mountains can stay just a stone’s throw away from Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country at Dollywood Cabins. Accommodations range from quaint spaces just for two to sprawling floor plans that sleep up to 30 people. Guests are treated to sweeping mountain views while some cabins actually overlook Dolllywood’s popular Craftsman’s Valley area. Cabin guests receive exclusives such as free reserved parking at Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country and complimentary admission to Dollywood’s Splash Country.

This was our second trip to DOLLYWOOD this year. We managed to see every show thAt was offered this day. Great entertainment, gracious staff and good eats. We attended they day that DOLLYWOOD reopened after being closed by wildfires that devastated neighboring Gatlinburg and destroyed hundreds of buildings. Many staff thanked us for coming. They appreciated that we decided to... More

Had a blast! The holiday lights were incredible and the shows with Christmas music were wonderful. My teens loved the roller coasters!

We went the 2nd week of Oct 2016, I think it was Monday the 10th. Place was totally packed right at the open, too packed! What we didn't know was, schools in the area were on Fall Break. Additionally, we visited when there was a hurricane slamming the southeast coast, Georgia and the Carolinas, and people were evacuating westward. Kind... More

We get season passes and a great deal. We live close enough to go see a couple shows and have dinner, frequently.

Being from Southern California, I've been to many amusement parks. This one has a different but lovely feel. The park is mostly shows and rollercoasters. The shows are quite long in length about 50 minutes so you would really have to plan your day around which ones you wanted to see. This is Dolly Parton's park and has a wonderful... More

This isn't really a place I enjoyed. I do not like country music. The rides are lame. The craftsman area was interesting, but nt enough fr me to go back.

I'd been hoping to visit Dollywood for years and wasn't disappointed. Great theme park with a variety of rides, shops and other entertainment. Loved seeing all the memorabilia in the Dolly Parton museum. We went in August and it wasn't too busy so no long queues for any of the rides. Hope to go back again one day. Tip -... More
