We had a beautiful day for shopping. The selection of stores was great for all ages. I found my SAS shoes. And my 17 year old found his favorite stores American Eagle, Van's, Hot Topic etc, I love the southern hospitality.

If you're reading other reviews on the Pigeon Forge Factory Outlet Page (this page) about the crowds, great shopping, etc., then the reviewer is reviewing TANGER, which is just down the street in Sevierville...and there seem to be plenty of confused reviewers. This outlet mall, Pigeon Forge Factory Outlet, is located very close to the brand new Publix and more... More

We stopped here at Christmas time. A perfect place for a cold and rainy day. The shops were decorated beautifully for the holidays. Every store we shopped at, the staff was friendly and professional. We loved Pandora, Coach, Justice and Bath and Body Works. Parking was ample even though it was packed. A must when visiting the wonderful Tennessee city... More

I can remember coming here when I was a kid with my parents and this place had everything and was very busy. It has been on the decline for years and now, 20 something years later, 75-80% of shops are gone and deserted. The pictures showing it from the air are from 15+ years ago at least since it was... It doesn't look big, but as you drive farther back, there are a wide variety of stores. There is a series of different strip malls all located around the parking lot, so everything is within walking distance. Had a bit of trouble with a $10 off coupon we were given in our hotel. First it needed to be exchanged for... More

The weekends are really crowded here, so if you plan on stopping in, be sure to do so during the week and if at all possible during the day. Have a plan; a layout of which stores that you want to go to so you don't miss them, as this is a big outlet with lots to choose from. Plus,... More

So many stores. Went on weekend and weekday. The weekend was almost impossible to move and find parking spot. The weekday was fine. Found some good deals on Columbia coats. Something for everyone here.

In bygone years this was a nice outlet mall. Now there is only a handfull of lesser shops. Most stores are empty. Tanger Mall has taken all the good shops. This center is no longer worth the stop.
