Adjacent to Dollywood theme park, Dollywood’s Splash Country water adventure parks, is situated on 35 acres in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Named America’s Must-See Waterpark in 2009, Dollywood’s Splash Country features a variety of water slides and attractions—from mild to wild. The Cascades™, an 8,000-sq.-ft. lagoon-style leisure pool, Fire Tower Falls™, the state’s tallest twin speed slides; Bear Mountain Fire Tower™, a multi-level interactive water adventure; Mountain Waves, a 25,000-sq.-ft. wave pool; Slick Rock Racer, a multi-mat slide; the Downbound Float Trip, a relaxing lazy river as well as interactive children’s play areas. The 2013 season will welcome River Rush, Tennessee's first and only water coaster! Available for rental, Riverside and Waterside Retreats offer privacy and luxury (park admission, linens and/or food not included with rental). The waterpark operates Memorial Day to Labor Day; visit the website for operating hours.

This is the perfest place for kids to enjoy the water! Several different slide and rides available. Several souvenir shops and ample restrooms.

My husband and I took our 4 year old daughter. She loved the lazy river and wave pool. I myself took advantage of some of the away time and hit the bigger slides. Nice park and free transport for us, staying at Dollywood resort.

so much to do! water everywhere. can rent little 'cabin-like' spaces where you can eat, rest.... nap cause you're gonna need it!

We had a blast at Splash Country. It was a little confusing at first walking in and trying to find a locker. Once we got that, off to the slides we went. I love how they have chairs at the end of slides to watch....More

Great park. We went on a Wednesday and enjoyed short lines. Good variety of rides. We are older and didnt do the extreme rides.

If going mid week you should be great, crowds are only bad in weekends. Even on the busy weekends crowds are not bad, invest in a timesaver pass and wear sandals/water shoes whenever possible. The pavement tends to get hot... More

Yes but if it appears to be a hard rain they will close it until it passes. A steady shower that is not hard is OK to stay on and enjoy.
