When my daughter was looking for a rustic venue for her wedding that wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg, Rocky Mount came to the rescue. They offered everything we needed and we had a wonderful experience.

did not visit the cabins. it is a great place to take children to learn about regional history .i guess they did the best they could with the entry & exit.

Great little museum and grounds! The main house, cooking area and pioneer style living was enjoyable and was a family friendly afternoon. Very informative and knowledgeable about tennessee and the first capital! We brought our lunch and ate outside in the picnic area!
