This cavern is spectacular. They have maintained its natural beauty without glitzy, manufactured settings. No colorful light shows to detract from the stunning natural splendor of mother earth.

Quite the different views from the Smoky Mountains and worth the trip. The tour guide, Gavin, was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of history and info on the caverns. We saw a variety of rock formations and waterfalls. Everyone there was very friendly.

Would you recommend Tuckaleechee Caverns or the Forbidden caverns? (for those who have been to both) Trying to decide which to go to. TIA!

I haven't been to both but I can say Tuckaleechee Caverns was beautiful, interesting and historical. Very nice people there who give the tour as well.
