If Bandera is the cowboy capital of Texas then the Silver Dollar is one of the reasons why. Down below the General Store is one of the best bars I've ever been in. A true honkeytonk and a great experience for anyone heading to Bandera....More

Went to a honky-tonk, great atmosphere and super music! Service was extremely quick at the bar and the venue has great authentic feel to it as soon as you walk in.

Good beer and a very nice service but really don't care for the smoking, I'm pretty sure we were the only ones not smoking, most uncomfortable bar stools of any bar I have been in. Cool music though

Might have been great if we could have tolerated the smoke smell. If your a smoker you may enjoy this place!

This is a true Texas honky tonk. If you like good "traditional" country music, cold beer, and saw dust on the dance floor then this is your place. There's not many places like this left! A true gem!
